My friend Jessica lost her dog Robbie last night. He ran away, and they have reason to believe he was hit by a car. If you are in Los Angeles, please take a look at his photo and information - I really want him to come home safely.
Recently my friend Amber and I were lucky enough to get to plan a bachelorette party for our friend Gabie. Our boyfriends lived together in college, and during the past year we’ve been getting together for week craft/game nights, where we’ve bonded over our love of creative handmade things – and our inability to successfully complete a Pinterest project.
We knew Gabie’s wedding was going to be amazing – she is the type of bride who lovingly handmakes every last detail, – and we wanted to give her a fitting bachelorette party. She’s pretty low key, so we didn’t want to do anything too wild. It turned into a girly, Parisian themed slumber party.
I made the invitations, and the night before the party we all got together and made decorations. We watched Midnight in Paris, and ate Nutella filled cookies.
We also had Gabie answer a sweet questionnaire written by her fiancee.
It was so fun to be able to do something for Gabie. Amber and I had a lot of fun planning the party, and we were both happy to be able to help celebrate one of the best couples we know taking a very big step!
